Nice pleated mini skirt! 😘 Opaque material, dense but at the same time very light. Measurements: Height 5'2", Bust 32", Natural Waist 24", Hips 35", Weight 105 lbs. My dress is a size 2. The skirt sits on my hips and not my natural waist which is what I wanted and seems to fit junior sizes. I recently ordered a denim mini skirt in Forever 21 (also a size 27). It fits just like this pleated skirt. If you buy denim from Forever 21 you can order the same waist. This pleated skirt is the same size as the F21 jeans. Please remember this worked for me but I wear my skirts and jeans low waisted (not high waisted). Thanks very much!
