This bag has held up exceptionally well when I'm carrying my tablet, lunch, shoes and whatever else I can squeeze to and from work. I like the zippered side pocket (easy to find my phone); a hidden front pocket behind the giraffe's torso for easy access to a pen or other small items; an inside hook where I keep my work access card and always know where it is; and most importantly, an external key fob to attach to my bag and my other keys. I'm strict with bags, but this one doesn't wear out. As a bonus, I regularly get compliments on it. This bag was my third Chala purchase and it's worth every penny - functional, durable, cute as hell and unique. Perfect for those who don't want to look like everyone else. I highly recommend it!
