This pump is complete rubbish. Stuck in my 4" well because the wire cap broke off, held in place by two screwed in nifty metal grommets, couldn't get it out, after a week of intermittently pulling and pushing it finally loosened enough to get it out. When I pulled it out it was already rusty, not what you want in a submersible pump. Cheap Chinese junk! When trying to use galvanized steel and screw-in pipes, the thread tip broke like a piece of ceramic, buy a slightly more expensive quality pump, do not waste money, time and energy. Trash must be left in the trash. Garbage!
