I bought these inkjet printers in July 2020. It's only been a few months and the black inkjet printer works sporadically. I did 2 deep cleans on my HP 6978 MFP. Every time I leave it and come back the next day I have to do the same deep cleaning again and then it just prints intermittently. The AMAZON website says I have until January 2021 to get a replacement but I can't find a way to contact the seller or Revain.
