So disappointing! None of them work. Everything seems to be dry. It sat on a shelf for about a month before I opened one. When I first bought the box it seemed to fit and work well with my printer but the next 3 were rubbish. Also when I first opened the ink it exploded and I didn't mind. These things happen but the next 3 don't even work. After 1 box didn't work I opened the rest and none of them work. Save your money! Do not buy from this brand! Choose a brand with the best reviews.

I printed normally on black, but the color cartridges must have dried up. I tried printing a few things in color but they came out black. Very disappointing. I ordered a replacement kit so I'm hoping the problem only occurs with the first kit. For this reason I don't usually buy name brand products but thought I'd give them a try. Hell, my printer even warned me that they couldn't guarantee the print quality.

I bought these inkjet printers in July 2020. It's only been a few months and the black inkjet printer works sporadically. I did 2 deep cleans on my HP 6978 MFP. Every time I leave it and come back the next day I have to do the same deep cleaning again and then it just prints intermittently. The AMAZON website says I have until January 2021 to get a replacement but I can't find a way to contact the seller or Revain.

HP generally refuses to use third-party inks. The yellow I added just mentioned that HP doesn't guarantee this. It's okay with me since he hasn't stopped using it. If this is YOUR printer, you should be able to load ink there.

This is a replacement for the ink that exploded in my hand. AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN. We slowly ripped off the tape and it exploded again! Do not buy this product. Very disappointed. Please just refund me my money.

I bought my set in December 2019. I used the black XL and it's perfect. All I have to do now is insert the color cartridges and the printer says they are not installed correctly. They exist, but they are not recognized. It doesn't mean it's not HP and you can bypass it. It's too late to return and I need to buy a brand new set. Very disappointing. This is the second time I have bought from them and the first was great. But this time I'm ordering another brand and not going back to My Cartridge.
