yes they did everything advertised after installation. However, if you are constrained by space or surface area when installing, it can be a bit difficult to organize everything. I needed a third hand. maybe it's just me - I don't have all of these tools handy, but it seemed more difficult than usual to mount to the underside of a shelf. I ended up putting double sided tape underneath to stabilize it and make sure the pre-drilled holes lined up with the pattern. It worked and everything has been going well ever since. The range of motion is difficult to access given the position of the hidden camera.
