Review on Avocent 4 Port USB KVM Switch with Audio and USB 2.0 Hub, supporting DVI connections by Alfredo Testerman

I bought this unit because it meets all my needs. When I tried to install it, my monitor wasn't recognized by the switch. I've tried a number of connections with no luck. I contacted Avocent Tech Support and spent some time with one of the techs. He instructed me how to update the firmware. This didn't solve the problem so I called back the next day. They said they would issue an RMA. This is where it gets really AWESOME. They sent me a new switch 3 days later BEFORE I returned the old one. What great service! Another good news is that the new box works very well. This is an exceptional level of service that demonstrates the great dignity of Avocent and its employees.
