CTIMaster is pretty flexible as far customizing reports, etc., are concerned - it's been easy to setup multiple rules for my needs with not much of issues sofar! So yes if you like using templates or want quick customization options then go ahead and take this decision!! I dislike that there isn't an option in which users can select what report should be shown when they open up their inboxes/emails. It feels quite outdated compared other tools available nowadays where such functions have become more easier & smoother from that point onward! The main benefit we realized was being able assign certain user roles (users) who would automatically get notified whenever these emails come into their mailbox!! They never realize unless specifically told about same by us! The best thing about this system is that it's very easy to set up, use and navigate through. It also has many features which makes it easier for our team to work with other departments within the organization.
