Review on Denso 234 9107 Air Fuel Sensor by Brandon Pratt

I bought this elsewhere but had to buy from Revain as it was a bit cheaper. The OEM of my 2011 Altima 2.5 is also Denso but also Nissan (see photo). The plugs are the same for emissions outside of California, so make sure you buy the correct plug. The length is exactly the same as the blue shell. I think the only reason I wouldn't call it OEM is because Nissan says Nissan and maybe it's kinda different? But as far as I can tell, it's as close as it gets. It is already equipped with an anti-seize coating and for this the small white cap is used to protect the anti-seize coating and the threads. It's easy to remove. On a 2011 Altima, the upstream sensor is an air/fuel ratio sensor, so make sure you don't accidentally buy a regular O2 sensor when replacing your upstream sensor (won't be a problem if you replace that one to buy). The bottom sensor is a conventional O2 sensor. Torque is 37 ft/lbs. I swapped my catalytic converter and also swapped the fuel and air sensors, the P0420 went away immediately. 138383 miles. It's a bit pricey because AFR sensors tend to be expensive, but it's cheaper than buying from a dealer. I would recommend sticking with Denso or NTK for these types of sensors on Japanese vehicles.
