Hands don't go numb - bed linen

I have a thoracic vent and several herniated discs. I need a pillow that will support my neck and also provide adequate blood flow to my arms. This pillow really helps with that and has helped keep my arms from getting numb when I sleep. However, it's warm, like most memory foam pillows, and I don't feel any difference in the pressure on my face and ear. Although I may not be tall enough to lie on it properly. I'm barely 5 feet tall.
