I used to buy this from another supplier. If you can get the original, this is honestly the best pillow you can get. I don't know what happened, but the quality of this foam is NOT comparable to my previous purchase. waste of money!

I have bought this pillow several times because I sometimes had problems with my neck/jaw joint. The label now says "new stuff" and it's SOOO soft now. It no longer has any firmness and I'm putting it back in the box as it will kill my neck and head rest. Very disappointed that they went the cheap foam route. The last version I received about 8 months ago was the standard foam.

I have a thoracic vent and several herniated discs. I need a pillow that will support my neck and also provide adequate blood flow to my arms. This pillow really helps with that and has helped keep my arms from getting numb when I sleep. However, it's warm, like most memory foam pillows, and I don't feel any difference in the pressure on my face and ear. Although I may not be tall enough to lie on it properly.
