The memory foam inside has changed!
I have bought this pillow several times because I sometimes had problems with my neck/jaw joint. The label now says "new stuff" and it's SOOO soft now. It no longer has any firmness and I'm putting it back in the box as it will kill my neck and head rest. Very disappointed that they went the cheap foam route. The last version I received about 8 months ago was the standard foam.
