Overall an excellent pillow and at a fair price compared to competitors. Pros: 1. Works for both back and side sleepers. I was concerned this only applies to side sleepers, but it works for back sleepers too. Now I have the opportunity to switch it around, as some pillows are only suitable for one sleeping style or another (the original purple pillow, for example, is only for back sleepers).2. Three height options. All people have different body sizes to properly position their neck and head. With 3 height options, most people will be able to find one that fits them or is close enough.3. support foam. This could be seen as the harsh side, but it demonstrates plenty of support without feeling stiff (at least in my opinion).4. The price is quite competitive. Sure, there are cheaper options out there, but compared to the bigger names, it's priced accordingly. It's still on the high side, but how much is your sleep worth to you? 5. The shape follows the shape of the head and shoulders. It's a good balance that gives you the support you need without getting in the way. Doesn't compress much. I'm not sure what Tempur-Pedic is thinking, but all of their new models seem to shrink from 6.5 inches to less than 2 inches in minutes if you put your head on them. Not much support but their cooling gel seems to be working. Cons: 1. The size is smaller. It's still larger than the Tempurpedic at 20 inches wide. I wish they had an option for at least "queen size".2. A little higher is a piece of foam at the neck. I don't think this little band offers any real support and sometimes you feel weird moving/adjusting and feeling it. Although it's not really a problem when you're sleeping.3. Price. I know that was a plus, but it's still expensive and for a relatively small pillow.
