This is fake. I first tried the pattern that came in my "glossy box" and really liked it. I ordered the shampoo, conditioner and heat protectant here on Amazon and they completely messed up my hair. This made it damaged, straw-like and dry. I have very bouncy curls and this turned my hair into a literal frizzy mess after just two uses. Whatever formula this seller uses has nothing to do with the original Bumble and Bumble and is not safe to use.
