This shampoo is gentle and helps keep my hair color fresh and clean and soft. I have coarse, thick hair with light highlights and this shampoo keeps my color vibrant for longer.

I have very fine hair that weighs it down easily. This product is so light and adds shine to my hair. I was a bit hesitant because of the price but using this I can skip the conditioner so it's two in one for me. Since I'm saving on air conditioning, it's actually a reasonable price. OK. It's not stunning. At first I was upset because my lid was open and the package was a mess. I've found my hair to be softer, but I've used other, cheaper products that work much better. So I won't buy again. My hair isn't very damaged, just has highlights, but winter dried it out so I wanted to try it.

This is not a genuine product. I literally went from one day of using Authentic to this one and it's diluted. Probably not even shampoo. Unfortunately I bought this because I expected them to run out and it's been over a month and now I'm stuck with this. DO NOT BUY THIS!

This shampoo smells so good! Now that I'm using a salon quality shampoo I can't go back. It makes my hair smell so good and becomes easier to comb. I just love it!

I'll start by saying that I'm a HUGE Bumble & Bumble fan. I usually love everything they sell. But this product is not exciting. I bought it because it was supposed to be the most moisturizing in their line, but it's definitely not for my hair. If anything, it leaves my hair too "squeaky clean" meaning it has been stripped of all moisture. I prefer cream based moisturizers to oil based ones.

This is fake. I first tried the pattern that came in my "glossy box" and really liked it. I ordered the shampoo, conditioner and heat protectant here on Amazon and they completely messed up my hair. This made it damaged, straw-like and dry. I have very bouncy curls and this turned my hair into a literal frizzy mess after just two uses. Whatever formula this seller uses has nothing to do with the original Bumble and Bumble and is not safe to use.

Pros: very gentle, no sulfates, very concentrated so you only need a little conditioner, although it advertises your hair should be soft and detangled. With all the oils, this should at least moisturize my hair and scalp; it's not like this. After that, my hair smells normal. Really disappointing for the price. I don't mind paying more for something that gets results, but this one doesn't. I won't buy this again. My hair texture is fine/medium.
