Bought for my husband's grilling and baking. For example, double dome lids can be a useful tool for any type of cooking in the kitchen. I used to preheat my oven to keep freshly prepared meals warm until my company arrived. Now I just cover my food with these domes and they keep the food warm longer and save on my gas bill. I use the smaller dome primarily for breakfast when I need to melt cheese over an omelet or to load my kids' plates before they're ready to eat. The large dome is perfect for covering our glass bowl. Tonight we're going to be deep frying and using the press for the first time. Love how hard it is to squeeze, it should put a good amount of pressure on our burgers. It seems easy to clean the grill press after grilling when you can clean it right away. I couldn't find any information on whether the domes are dishwasher safe, but I put a larger dome in my dishwasher. It washes well BUT leaves small water stains. This didn't discolor the dome though, just those white water stains. I wiped it with a dry cloth and it shines like new again. So I would assume it's dishwasher safe, but I still want to contact the seller to see if it's dishwasher safe. In general, we liked everything so far. It was pretty easy to attach handles to and extra screws were included, which made me happy because we always lose some screws in our house.
