I like how we can build applications to run in our own environment without having another vendor's software stack running as part of it or even installed along side ours which would be very costly! The customer support team at this time are not able nor willing help us figure out what their system does after they have been paid for implementation (even though there may still need doing). We did get some training but then got left alone by them so no more assistance was offered - just pay your invoice!! There needs to be someone from zones who will walk through every aspect/step involved during setup process before hand if you want any real understanding about whats going wrong when something goes awry afterwards too late. ! This has made managing projects difficult because now everything seems lost due to lack of knowledge transfer between customers / consultants & internal staff members within zone.
