It is very easy to use and the customer service is excellent. There are many features that can be used to create an amazing candidate experience. We have been able to track every step of the process. I would recommend using it because it makes tracking candidates much easier. The only thing I dislike is that there is no way to send out emails or text messages to candidates who apply to your job posting. If you are looking for a great product with great customer service then this is the right choice for you! Tracking all of the steps of the recruitment process.
