This belly pillow is just what I needed. My husband saw how thin my stomach was when I lay on my side (and lying on my left side is recommended for better blood flow to the baby, and lying on my back is not recommended during pregnancy ). Also, I believe my baby shifts to the left side due to gravity when I'm lying on my left side, so I definitely needed something to correct my posture to not only keep my back and core muscles comfortable, but also the child is supported more when i lay on my side. This pillow was perfect, it's low enough that I don't feel too much pressure on my tummy but just enough to feel supported and if I need extra support I can easily adjust it to lie in my side position further under my abdomen for support. I love this pillow, I highly recommend it, along with two pillows under my head and pillow on the right so I don't roll, and a pillow between my legs, this is a must have pillow. Since I bought this pillow about a month ago it has really improved my sleep quality at 7 months pregnant.
