Good storage and padding for the price. However, when I received it, I found that the bearing does not rotate smoothly and actually hangs a little. What I did was take a razor blade or precision blade and gently pry out the rubber grommets on each end. Next, we take a little solvent and a clean container and use a clean toothbrush to remove all the Chinese fat. I actually had small parts that looked like they were rubber smudges on the seals getting into the bearing. After cleaning, blow dry completely with compressed air and relubricate with a good synthetic lubricant. I love superlube. Be careful not to overfill the lubricant. About 1 gram of lubricant is enough. Mine runs like clockwork now. Hope that helps.
