I ordered 2 of these belts last year and we love them - totally adjustable and well made. After several months, one of the belt buckle's ratchet springs broke. I contacted the company and asked if I could buy a replacement buckle or send the broken to them for repair. They did EVEN BETTER - they shipped me a full new belt free of charge! Replacement belt is still working great almost a year later. As I said: they are THE BEST.
