Ideal for gluten free baking

I bought this because I am a gluten free baker and always have to use waxed paper. It was more than I thought it would be and I like the measurements, temp and conversion charts that are right on the mat. I love that it's easy to clean and store, I just roll it up and keep it in my closet. I love that it's not paper thin and stays in place during use. This is great for my gluten free baking and I'm really enjoying it so far.
