China and they DO NOT fit properly
The seller said in the comments section that they are made in Italy. They come in boxes with Chinese stamps. Customization sucks. Warning, you CAN make them work. But if you think you removed your old spool and put this one in, you are wrong. See how far down they go from OE. Also note that there is slack when fully inserted into the top where the connector will be inserted. This requires a backfire if you're in the mood.
