Olds Alero Fan Motor Resistor Replacement

Item arrived in perfect condition and was a direct replacement for the OEM resistor. Installed 10/30/10 on a 2000 Olds Alero. If you install it yourself, removing the glove box, black box and fan motor will greatly reduce parts replacement time. So far all my fan settings are working fine.
