I was looking for a measuring tape with all the functions I need. Printed fractions, lower knuckle, top clasp, wide blade, metric, printed decimals, nylon coating, long handle, magnetic front, belt clip, back loop. The closest I got was the Milwaukee Magnetic Wide Blade. Milwaukee has no breaks, no metric, and the nylon coating does not extend the entire blade. This tape has a crease at the bottom, is also more compact, has all the features of a Milwaukee (except magnetic) plus fractions, all nylon, metric. A magnet is great when you need to pick up a screw you dropped and can't reach, except it's not that useful. And we have a back loop with rope already installed, so we don't have to unscrew anything! You can get two of them for the price. That makes it the best tape measure I own. If they had a sexier logo on the front, we really would be on top. I love these roulettes, I highly recommend them.
