Fits like a glove with just a tad stretch. hugs everything. I love it. Definitely going to wear some shape wear underneath but very happy with my purchase. If you want a little loose buy up. Im a size 26 and got the 4X. Is long but with my thighs it didn't drag much lol I would get the 5x but they are sold out so shape wear it is!
