Heavier than expected!

Wearing 10-15 lbs in vest form is WAY different than lifting a 10-15 lb dumbell! I didn't expect it to feel quite as heavy as it does, but that's ok, it's still easy to put on and take off and gives me the extra calorie burn while doing mundane tasks like cleaning house. It also works great for added weight while working out at home since all the gyms are STILL closed and I'm tired of feeling like a sloth

Good price. Like that you can adjust it. Perfect weight for me. I get a better work out.

Cons

The neoprene material can be uncomfortable and cause sweating
