Shortly after the purchase I received an email that I could not upgrade my printer or that the cartridges were not working. I'm the one keeping everything updated so it's a bit annoying. Anything I have to print in red comes out very pink. Most colors are just a little off. If you only want black and are frustrated that too few other colors affect your printer's usability, this is for you! It's cheap enough that it only works for this purpose. I mainly need black so it will work for now but I won't buy it again.
