I have been working with Anna Soderholm since 2012 when she joined us as our Marketing Manager (then later Director of Global Brand Management).
Since then we've developed strong relationships that continue to this day! She has always given me her honest opinion but at times it was hard because there wasn't really any one way or best practice so you had many opinions/methods from which your boss could choose - all valid points!! We're now looking towards 2019 where hopefully everything will be much clearer around how things are done internally within SWU- they do seem very open minded about new ways if presented properly.
