I actually bought this for the 3900X to install on my home server in a 4U Supermicro case. The case has 5 San Ace fans (2 0.55A and 3 1.1A fans). With the help of several splitters I was able to connect all the fans to the fan connectors on the mainboard. The BIOS can automatically detect this and still control the speed by directly adjusting the voltage. I've never experienced this on a motherboard before and it was a fantastic feature! I adjusted everything for the CPU temp and it keeps everything cool and controlled Yes the noise gets more intense when it needs to rev up but those are server case fans. I did not expect anything else. I also bought this motherboard as it doesn't have RGB as it's in a sealed server case It does everything very well and the price is amazing compared to other options and you still get the main benefits of the X570. This is a great option for using the X570 more cheaply.
