Review on Remote Plus Mario Nintendo Wii by Sonny Flores

I recently bought a Wii U controller from you and tried to give it some time but it keeps responding. The buttons either don't respond or turn off when held down. Please let me know what can be done. Many Thanks. *Update* Sent in a controller and was basically called a liar because the controller was defective. I had to pay the shipping cost to ship it and didn't get my money back. They sent back my defective controller and said "We received the controller back, however, after more than an hour of testing, it works perfectly. After playing a Mario game that uses all the buttons on the controller, there is no disconnect. controller is working properly I can only offer a partial refund after deducting the original shipping cost." Do not recommend this company based on customer service. I was assured by sending the controller in that they would refund the cost plus shipping .
