I usually swear by Sleepright mouthguards, I have a terrible habit of grinding my teeth and I have to wear a mouthguard every night. However. This is a new design with an oversized bottom strap and two small "wings" on the sides that have given me nothing but a sore mouth and sore gums. Not only that, it doesn't fit in my mouth like the old design. When I wake up it's half in my mouth or half out of my mouth. This design might work for people who have large mouths and have some issues with the mouthguard not staying where it should be, but I would not recommend this particular model of this mouthguard. I'm sorry I spent money on this when I could have gotten an older model that fit better. The seller is not at fault, the goods arrived quickly and without damage.
