I love how much it helped me find better applicants so easily! It does not always get responses but when you do receive an answer your inbox is quick enough where if there are any issues or additional follow up information needs then they respond within minutes sometimes seconds!! This platform really has made my job easier because this makes finding qualified talent fast without having too many emails going out which gets lost amongst all other applications etc.. I love how it is able to understand my tone and respond accordingly. It’s easy enough to use but has some quirks when you are working through certain steps such as requesting an invite or creating your profile. Try using it out first before making any final decisions! We have been able to increase our productivity dramatically since we started using paradox. The biggest benefit so far is being able to reach new talent faster than ever before which means closing deals sooner too.
