Description of Paradox

Wonderful Tool For Sales Associates To Reach Candidates

I love the whole concept of the chatbot. I love that it is integrated with their website and allows me to reach candidates on my schedule. I do not like that it only allows me to reach out to a certain amount of candidates each day. I would like to be able to reach more candidates each day. I also do not like that it does not allow me to keep track of who I have reached. I like that it allows me to reach out to candidates. I dislike that I do not have the option to reach out to a certain amount

Great tool for sourcing candidates: Paradox

I love how much it helped me find better applicants so easily! It does not always get responses but when you do receive an answer your inbox is quick enough where if there are any issues or additional follow up information needs then they respond within minutes sometimes seconds!! This platform really has made my job easier because this makes finding qualified talent fast without having too many emails going out which gets lost amongst all other applications etc.. "One point where everything comes together perfectly "

I love how well it gets along with my Google accounts (calendar, contacts, etc.) which really makes life easier when using multiple devices. It is very simple to use both as a recruiter and as a candidate. There are no glitches or bugs that I've found thus far while using this product.
