I bought this for office use because I wasn't getting the support I needed. I was fed up with using pillows that didn't support my back well. So I was hoping this would be my solution. You have to assemble it yourself, and the parts are clunky and bulky. I even scratched myself trying to assemble it. The smell upon opening was also very strong. It just smelled like chemically soaked plastic. My biggest problem is that it broke after just a month of use. One of the plastic parts is torn. For over $30 it should last longer. I am just very disappointed in my purchase and the quality of the product. I wish I could return it but Revane was in the garage too long to pick it up.
