I liked the soft spoon idea for my baby, but this nuby spoon is too thick and too wide. Feeding them is very inconvenient. I ended up buying some smaller plastic spoons - not as soft but much easier to feed than I used to. In fact, it's so hard to feed that I actually wash one of the others when it's the only one that's clean when I'm about to feed my daughter. Maybe a bit tricky but I prefer these Nuby Spoons. Nuby Hot Safe Spoons 4 Pack I like the longer handle, visual temperature gauge and overall size of the spoon. Maybe a bit deep but having struggled with food retention on some of the shallower spoons I really like them.
