Review on Nokian Tires HAKKA BLUE 3 SUV 215/65 R16 102V summer by Mateusz Bana ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Absolutely unusable product, not suitable for use.

Having discovered in the fall when replacing tires with winter tires that the tires bought in the spring needed to be disposed of, we contacted Nokian Tires about, in my opinion, too rapid wear and possible factory defects. In response, they received about the same as the "expert" of the company copy-paste in response to comments here. We offered to hand over the rubber for examination as part of a complaint, for which we received offers to send rubber from Hong Kong to the Leningrad Region at our own expense, while saying that there would be no question of any guarantee. I checked the technical condition of the car, I thought that I was such a fool that I erased the rubber in one season (although the previous one on this car 4 departed), and then, in search of new rubber, I saw that this rating was somehow low, I decided to go read reviews. And it turns out I'm not the only one, I decided to check in too. After applying for an extended warranty due to mechanical damage, I thought that I would recommend nokian to everyone, but after a season of operation and experience of communicating with representatives of the company, I changed my mind. When contacting wear, you can say that there is no wear rate regulation (which the company representative said) and that this rubber just has such a compound, such a technical feature (which the company representative did not say), then I, as a buyer, simply never again I will not buy HAKKA BLUE 3. Instead, insinuations are addressed to me about the technical condition of the car, driving style and speed. As a result, as a customer, I will never buy a Nokian again.

Pros
  • Until it wears off - good sensations, behaves well in a rut and on a wet road. The extended warranty from Nokian surprised me: I caught something in the sidewall on the road, broke both the tire and the disk, and changed the tire to a new one.
Cons
  • In one season, less than 20 thousand km, rather 10-15 thousand, the tires on the front axle wore out to zero to wear indicators (the rear is about half). On a front-wheel drive car with only 150 hp. with moderate driving, summer operation.
