Combined with the second Z propeller/motor on my Ender3 the problem I had was Z jumping. I had excellent fingerprints to the left of the bed, which gradually got worse as I moved to the right. The second set of lead screws fixed the pitch and allowed the car to jump and return to the correct elevation correctly. My Ender 3 is now printing properly again. FYI my ender was fine when new but after 3 years of use it needed some maintenance. Now it prints even better than when it was new, and leveling the bed is a lot easier as the nose comes back one and the same height every time it's setback. Path. It's not as perfect as switching to ball screws, but solves 99.9% of the z-backlash problem for very little money.
