Shark wanted to charge me $100 when my roller stopped spinning to replace the whole end of the vacuum. I decided to try them first and my vacuum immediately started working again (it ended up with hair in the roller that I couldn't see or remove causing the old one to get stuck). This part fixed the problem straight away - no thanks Shark (horrible customer service).
