Based on use for a week so far, very smooth set up and no issues. Details of set up: 14" MacBook Pro (2021 M1 Pro processor), 2 HDMI monitors (1080 NOT 4K), external USB keyboard, USB mouse, external powered hard drive, external optical drive, USB-Lightning cable for syncing a phone, and Gigabit ethernet.Set up was automatic, both monitors recognized as extended monitors. Able to have the computer closed and use JUST the external monitors. When asleep, able to wake up machine and monitors just by clicking on the mouse. Wake-up takes a couple of seconds. Gigabit ethernet worked after turning off WiFi and rebooting.No problems running and charging the machine. Very convenient to only have one cable to plug in.So far, very happy with the purchase.
