Works on darker skin tones too!
Bought two of these for my two girls and they love them. The eldest has a dark auburn skin tone and the youngest is a very light olive and the colors go well with both. First I was looking for something specifically for my dark child because it's always very difficult to find good products that match her skin tone (I know BS) and luckily it is.
