I like that it allows me as an administrator access from anywhere in the world at any time (even when not working).

It can be difficult for some people who are less tech savvy or do not have experience using computers to navigate around all areas easily. Also sometimes things seem slow but this might just depend upon your internet speed etc so don't assume! We use artsy systems primarily because we wanted easy accessibility between our offices which were far apart geographically; however they provide many other services too such as accounting & payroll system.
