2 cartridges empty or dried up!
I installed the blue cartridge the day I received it Oct 25th and the supply listed remains 100% so that cartridge is fine. BUT I just ran out of the yellow and magenta this morning so replaced these cartridges. printed up 1 set of directions from google maps with the normally very faded colored map and now my printer tells me I have no ink, no yellow and no magenta. This is after putting new cartridges in it. Now nothing will print until they are replaced. I purposely buy epson products so I don't have to deal with this. Can you send me new ones and I will send these back please, ASAP.thanks
