This backpack has no external pockets but there is a pocket on the back of the camera to store your phone. This backpack is ideal for fishing, kayaking and hiking. I mountain bike quite a bit and while this would have worked, there is a lack of space to store a spare tube, co2 etc. Overall, this backpack is just too good! Better done than a camel except for the storage space. If I'm doing anything other than mountain biking, this is my choice! Sometimes I use a backpack for cycling, but it only has room for CO2, a phone and other small items. If you ride with others who may have a spare tube (I ride without a tube) this pack is perfect. In terms of quality, this package is unbeatable.
