This is my first negative experience with Revain. I had to order a wheeled bag for my son to school as he was becoming a mixed breed that he had to carry around a lot. I ended up ordering 2 and trying to cancel this one before it shipped. I was told it had already been dispatched (but was notified 2 days later) so there were dark spots inside when I received it and when I went to return it I was blown away by a few surprises! First it says free returns, but nowhere does it say anything about a specific company. So a company that is not near me is not free. They charge $18 to return this bag! That's half the price I paid for the bag. I will add my review to another bag I bought next, the quality is terrible. Within a week of use, it's already torn and the hardware is coming loose. Spend a little more money for better quality and free returns in my opinion, but really free returns. Completely disappointed to say the least
