After a week of update the tensioning strap system stopped working, the strap came loose while rolling, caught on the wheel and broke. The handle is worn and there are signs of wear on the plastic from just sitting on it! There are only a few light items in this bag, so all this should not be carried!

We were very happy about this, especially because of the positive reviews. My daughter brought it on the plane for our trip across the country. The floor fell off completely, and I had to throw it away at the hotel and go to the finish to get something to carry all her belongings. Super disappointed. If we hadn't traveled I would have returned it but we were nowhere.

This small wheeled backpack cannot carry a load. I didn't expect it to last long with this type of fabric but the wheels broke in record time. It also had a water stain right out of the box. I wanted to keep it longer but the wheel failure last week after it had only lasted four months was a deal breaker. Just a light load. No books, maybe pillows, or your lunch can't be in it.

These bags are well made and good value for money. I didn't expect to be happy given the many negative reviews. I paid less than $20 for each bag and I have to say. I'm not sure where the complaints are. The material is comfortable and dense, the seams are well sewn. In less than a week of using this backpack and mesh pockets my son had holes from carrying his water bottle and cloth hat. We requested a refund and within days OJCommerce responded asking for photos. Unfortunately, you have to respond the same day they email you the photos, "otherwise we'll close this request and not consider it a problem" (quote straight from their email).
