I bought this product to block the view from my large living room window from my dogs. They are reactive dogs that bark at anyone or thing outside (children, runners, walkers, squirrels, rabbits, etc.). This did the trick. I don’t have to yell at them to quiet down or pause the movie or talk on the phone in the garage. I will say this took awhile to put up. I really had to work with it to get all the bubbles out. I probably wouldn’t keep it up if I didn’t have the sheer curtain covering what it actually looks like. It’s not aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It won’t cause damage because it essentially sticks from the soapy water you use and static cling. It’s easy to get it cut to exact size after you have the majority of bubbles out by using the blade it brings.
