Super easy installation. Came with an install kit and instructions. I rolled it flat on a table to measure and cut, which made it really easy to cut straight. You can't see through it at all. At night with the lights on inside you might get a shadow if you're backlit but you definitely can't see through it. Creates a really nice filtered light. I bought this product to block the view from my large living room window from my dogs. They are reactive dogs that bark at anyone or thing outside (children, runners, walkers, squirrels, rabbits, etc.). This did the trick. I just installed the product on a 75" x 33" glass sliding door. This was installed by 2 people. Once it was cut to size instillation was quite hard to perfectly center and get all the air bubbles out. using a lot of lightly soapy water definitely helped the instillation. I definitely recommend using an old plastic rewards/credit card to finish getting out all the bubbles and excess water trapped under the tint.
