I bought this on a friend's recommendation and I was really surprised at how effective it was. After reading other reviews I decided to buy the product sold by Revain rather than some of the others which might have been a little cheaper but from a supplier I didn't know (one review said the product they received was the wrong one). the same as what they bought in the salon). The ends of my hair were badly damaged from the over coloring and I really thought I just needed to cut off an inch of my hair and let it grow back, but I applied it to my hair, let it sit for about 30 minutes and the results were quite impressive. The ends of the hair are now smooth and soft, not dry and brittle. I'm glad I don't have to trim the ends and although it seems very expensive I think this product is worth the price. If your hair is damaged and you don't want to cut it completely, give it a try!
