We hired them to help us build out our website for salesforce CRM integration so we could more efficiently utilize time between calls with clients by not having an email waiting when they called back that is constantly being sent instead. I know this sounds simple but there were several things about their product (or lack thereof) which caused me concern during my research process! 1.) Their "customer success agent" did NOT actually have any knowledge or experience helping customers figure anything related out - she just kept saying everything would get figured it was all fine because someone at base 22 had taken over her project! 2). The documentation provided from Salesforce didn't work like you'd expect. She literally spent 20 hours trying every possible solution without getting anywhere close towards solving problems 3.). There are multiple other products available online that provide these services as well including free trial options where your only expense will be some.
